Is Obito enough to take down Kabutomaru?

Is Rinnegan Obito (not Juubito) enough to take down Kabutomaru? I will tell you the pro's of each character and you will tell me who would win and why.

Rinnegan Obito:
Has access to all elements since he has Rinnegan.
Great controlling Fire-Jutsus like Fire-Style: FireBall Jutsu.
Has Kamui.
Can teleport to his own dimension.
Can teleport enemies to his dimension and kill them there.
Can bring weapons to the battlefield at any time or throw them with his Kamui (teleporting them).
Can summon Gezo-Mazo.
Has some control over Wood-Release.
Can read the enemies' movements in a detailed way with his Sharingan.
And a lot more.

Kabutomaru:
Has access to Dragon-Sage mode.
Is immune to Genjutsu.
Can shoot Water-Style jutsus easily.
Has access to powerful sound-Genjutsus.
Can become water.
Is stronger than the average human being.
Is VERY resistant.
Can sense attacks.
Can dodge any kind of ranged-attack easily.
Is very flexible.
Can summon dozens of snakes to attack or to use as weapons.
And more.

I think Kabuto, he already shown 2 jutsus that can disable MS jutsus; white rage and sound genjutsu. He researched how to fight Uchihas after all. He knew how to disable Yamato's wood jutsu. Able to sense and counter attacks with his eye close. Weapons were shown useless when Kabuto evaded Sasuke's arrow and shown Suigetsui's ability slip thru the arrow as well. He also have Karin's healing ability.

On the other hand, Obito was taught all the Sage's jutsu by Madara and can use them but Kabuto being able to use the edos you gave him as well as being able to use them himself and having strategies to fight Uchihas makes me go with Kabuto. Kabuto's insight even bothered Obito when he shown to have a vaccine to disable wood jutsus and warned him not to use it on the Zetsus (Obito is half Zetsu). I think it can go either way but Obito isn't catching Kabuto by surprise, he might use Izanami to win if anything.

Differences is that it would be too late for Obito to Kamui himself and even if he's intangible it wouldn't be enough since he can still hear. The sound genjutsu took out Susanoo so it most likely would do the same with Kamui as it paralyze Obito. If Obito knew about it before hand then maybe but then he wouldn't be able to return to the battle field since Kabuto would sense him the moment he Kamui backs and use it. Kabuto also made a vaccine to disable wood jutsus as he used via snake on Yamato so he can use that on Obito if he can get him.

Also White rage could also stop Kamui since it blind and deaf you.
