he only revived madara he doesnt have to be dead, nagato was low on chakra before deva path was defeated and still manage to revived all of konoha.

I am not sure. It is true that Madara said that Obito Needs to sacrifice himself to revive Madara, but Obito already revived fighting the SA and also revived the pull out of 7 tailed beasts. It isnt the right time for Obito to die, he Needs to do something good, something that helps before he can go.

Like .. as my last Resort I will seal the tailed beasts into Naruto or something like this.
Or take my other eye kakashi. WHATEVER. In my opinion it isnt the right Moment for him to go .. to hell.

Using Rinne Tesnei will kill you regardless of chakra level.
