This. Maybe the Juubi sealed "itself" in Obito due to his hatred and now it's controlling him. Just a theory.

Also Obito was the `best` choice as a host. Senju cells, Rinnegan and Sharingan. We'll see...but when they shouted his name he seemed confused.

Yeah, exactly my thoughts. Maybe because everybody was attacking it, the Juubi felt only hate and when Minato shouted at him he felt the sentiment of `caring` and now it's confused?

I actually doubt that's any `Infinite Tsukuyomi` at all. He doesn't have `Tsukuyomi` anyway. He'll just have to force Sasuke to do it.

By initiating, I mean ripping away the barrier and thus exposing the moon, I doubt he just got rid of it because he could and the panel showing the moon seems to imply that was the intention. Just because we haven't seem him activate tsukuyomi doesn't mean he can't (although one would wonder whether he used it again Konan), he does possess the mangekyō sharingan afterall.
