Theres no doubt that he is becomeing more like the Sage Of the Six Paths, now he has horns and the staff.
But obito managed to reclaim his body, or atleast is now in full controll. Does this mean he is now a perfect jinchuriki and worthy of the top 1 spot that was once the sage's?

Hm, I guess you can say he's a perfect Jinchuuriki now after fighting for control but its not confirmed that the Juubi was in complete form yet. The Sage was a Jinchuuriki to the complete Juubi while the Obito is a Jinchuuriki to the incomplete form. We can't say that Obito surpasses the Sage yet, but it's clear that the Sage must have been insanely powerful O_O

Not quite. His head horns are uneven, and that seem realllllyyy suspicious to me.
