it warps space and time obito's move would be canceled.
Though to be fair obito would not sit there and activate kamui after guy has made his assault he would do it before hand.
But,as for a clash between them obito would lose in that particular instance especially since its noted that madara was stronger given the fact he had all the tailed beast while obito only had 7 and portions of the 8 and 9 tails.
