The 'fact' here is he knows about all Jutsu in Konoha but when I'm talking about 'feat' is what he can display that enable him to earned the title 'God of Shinobi'.

You can use all elements where other people cant but it just in a small scale, how's that can enable you to earn that title? Think about it.

Hashirama was called as God bcus of his Super gigantic Jutsu(feat he showed in the flashback). Before Edo Hiruzen happen, Old Hiruzen never showed any great feats to back up that 'claim'
