We can take Naruto's Sage Mode as absorbing the various energy forms that exist.

The types of energy he can absorb may depend on his mastery of Sage Mode as does the amount and the time it takes for him to absorb that much. It may also be subject to the energy transformations. For that matter, the energy he absorbs will have been transformed into Potential and Chemical Energy. His Senjutsu does the reverse transformations.

That means he could absorb Thermal, Heat, Radiant, Magnetic and Gravitational Energy while on the Moon.

Of course, none of this is actually manga-fact nor DB-sourced. It's simply my hobby at work, making sense out of nonsensical happenings.

No, since to be able to use it, you must meld your own chakra with it, which isn't infinite.

Its a yes and no question because naruto did use all the natural energy in area in the battle V.O.T.E but the energy can replenish its self so yea

It's not infinite, but there probably isn't a single character in the NV that could even take like 1% of the entire NE because it's seemingly... everywhere. One can wield only so much Chakra, even Naruto.
