Amaterasu hasn't killed anything besides Zetsu so far in the series...
As a matter of fact, It isn't as deadly as most would think. but before I elaborate.
1. you guys need to stop creating abilities for sasuke.. -_-, If the flames of amaterasu touches him... He's burning like everyone else, however he does have the ability to dispel it.
2.Enton or blaze release is manipulation of the amaterasu.. So you know.
Now, the amaterasu basically is a flame that burns anything and will not out over the course of seven days. It is not hinted how fast the flames burn so we can assume they burn at the same pace of a natural flame. In the manga the dangers of ametarasu surrounds the fact that It never stops burning until its time is up, Its similar to catching a terminal disease. But we've seen numerous ways of Stopping It *After It actually lands* on its target.
1.Shinra tensei
2.Fuuinjutsu
3.body replacement
4.Enton
The rasenshuriken on the other hand, travels slower than the ocular Amaterasu which should travel a little slower than the speed of light in a vacuum maybe even slower considering the raikage dodged it after it was released. However it is fast enough to take down 99.9% of people if thrown due to the sheer inability of humans to move fast enough. It also expands and blows up on impact ---pretty OP. It is basically a one shot to anything that gets hit by it.
So being More deadly as in offense the rasenshuriken easy...
However the Enton specifically is very flexible as sasuke have the ability to manipulate it to his will, making it a good mode of defense. It is more useful in setting up traps and diverting the opponents into adverse situations, and the ocular form is hard to dodge.
So in usefulness they're about even, but as an offensive tool rasenshuriken...
