You see this is why it annoys me when people say stuff like "Sauce is the fastest ninja evarrr" or "Naruto is strongest!!!11!!"
Because in addition to it being a given powerup, that they got after losing to Madara, its not permanent.
Narikudo and Sauce of 6 paths are only this strong, currently and isn't a mode they can be used for any fight or battle after this one it seems.

tbh theresno real way to know, based off p[ast experiences id say its something he can turn on and off, but since its new we really cant know for sure

Naruto is currently hosting all 9 bijuu and has also been given Sage's chakra. He has a ton of chakra and also better control.

He can activate it and deactivate at will. He can keep it up as long as he wants. It's similar to Kaguya when Naruto said she is one with the nature except that Kaguya has omnipotent powers to affect the nature . It's not called Perfect Sage Mode just for a title

He can maintain it due to his large amounts of chakra. Even Sasuke closed his Rinnegan eye to converse chakra.
The reason people can make those arguments is because there is nothing implying that the power ups are temporary and limited to this fight.
Actually from the statements of the Sage and Naruto and Sasuke's comments, it sounds like its permanent.
And that isn't what the op is asking, he is asking if he will run low on chakra like his previous modes did.
I think he is running mostly on natural chakra, which he can now gather extremely fast (1 sec standing still or so), besides, he has 9 bijuu inside of him, fully cooperating, it is possible that kurama or some other beast is gathering that chakra for him, making his mode last forever.

this comment makes no sense. why would this power-up be only for a limited amount of time? how would the sage know to only give them certain amount of power that would only last as long as they needed? he wouldn't, therefore it would be stupid to give them a power that could deactivate in the middle of battle. therefore it only makes sense that he gave them a permanent power-up, otherwise it would just be stupid.
you also seem to feel some type of way about their power-ups being "given".
