Is narutos attack gonna win?

I don't think Naruto wants to win with this attack. This attack is meant to power down Sasuke. I think he wants to destroy Sasuke's tailed beast powered Susanoo and take his chakra level down so he can't use his rinnegan as much.

Think about what Naruto said as he was launching his attack. Naruto said "When it comes to battle I really do want to defeat you but not in your current state! You know that don't you Sasuke!" Naruto is not one to over think things so I think we can take what he said literally. Naruto wants a fight like the one they had the first time at VOTE. I think this attack is designed to help him get that fight.

It's impossible to know if Naruto's attack will go through or not, but I do think they will not cancel each other's attacks out this time. That's becoming overdone at this point, and I think Kishi knows that.

Though...When Obito became the Ten tails jinchuuriki, the only thing could harm him was natural energy. Meaning, Sasuke might be at a disadvantage even though he probably has more power overall than Naruto. Or it could just be a device to make Naruto compete with Sasuke's power atm.
