Honestly i don't like mangas, just read them cuz i get ideas how story is going to evolve in future otherwise i don't really like it i mean whats good in reading anything black and white without having preview of future chapters :roku:
WTH that's suppose to mean! Do you read the ending first to get purview of future chapters? ( I have done many times while reading novels - not going to deny) lol
I seldom read story books which are serialized. Simply because I want to read till the end of it. No matter how promising a story looks often the writers simply get out of ideas way to early and lose the plot if any. Story goes on indefinite hiatus and is discontinued even.
I won't say that Naruto was able to keep the clever ninja feel of early chapters but Kishi managed to adhere to plot and tie most lose ends. And that's a big feet on it's own. Plot wise Naruto is handled just fine. Whether he can go out with a bang - we will see. He has put in a lot of efforts and passion in to it so I hope he can do that.
Yes the manga characters and plot is a little cliche but we should have noticed it when we started. There's how Kishi wants to handle his story and then there's what fans want. What fans want doesn't change what Kishi wants. He worked on the plot for years and has to stick the genre and story even if many of us outgrew it in the mean time and now expect something different. And we need to accept it.
Unfortunately, even the most reasonable of fans may ask too much and may feel disappointed because they wanted somethings differently.
Is there a manga everyone is satisfied with all the aspects of it?
Fans always find something to rant about. Death note- many felt Kira should have won and were angry that Near was able to finish the case. Some wanted to die him at least.
One Piece- it's a fun manga and light read and it works that way. But OP fans are no less fanatic when go as far as calling Oda as Goda. Latest arc is so much like Alabasta arc that even tons of new details about Daflo and all it fails to make me much curious. I hope Luffy and crew find something really new to do in future than saving a damsel in distress yet again. But yea last arc was good so many fans are still high on that one.
DB was just... the first one and that's all to it. I watched the show only and it was a pain to do so.
I haven't read the rest in OP's list. But you get the point.
What happens here that we have a whole forum with thousands of readers discussing every aspect of the manga to death. Manga is near the end so there is little to theorize but that hasn't stopped fans from doing so. They make theories as if these were real people and must have had some secret background we do not know about. -_-
People want to be first one to guess the next chapter, to find a "plot hole", make a "theory" and argue it for the whole day long. They complain about cliche but believe that if a character doesn't have tear jerking back story it's not good enough. Even that's cliche, but of course, that doesn't phase them since they wanted it.
So obviously by the chapter comes out they have pushed their own expectation to such a limit that many of them are going to get disappointed anyway.
