When Naruto & Kurama work together, they form the strongest force in the Shinobi world as they cooperate. However, when Sasuke forcefully used the Bijuu chakra he came out on the same level as Naruto & Kurama. This means that; Naruto & Kurama = Sasuke & Forced Bijuu We know that from Naruto, that if you work together with the Bijuu, your power is way higher than if you just steal it. (Like Naruto did at the start of the war.) This means that Kurama alone is as strong as all the Bijuu combined if they are forced and their chakra is stolen. However, had Sasuke befriended the Bijuu and used it against Naruto then he would have been a lot stronger. (This is why Hagoromo was ranked as so powerful, because he was friend with all of them.) So I will go on to say this, at the final fight, Sasuke and Naruto were equally matched. However, at the current point in time, Naruto (Adult) is the strongest person alive. That being said, if Sasuke bothers to absorb enough chakra he will rival Naruto even with one arm. It was also never confirmed if Naruto has Mokuton as his arm is created by Tsunade so his arm may be different than what Madara used. The reason I stated this is that implanting Hashirama's DNA carried great risks and had a high chance of killing you because of the Mokuton DNA. Tsunade may have removed that DNA as a way to remove the risk. I agree with you up to a point. The thing that separates my opinion from yours, is that naruto and kurama are the same person. Kurama will ALWAYS be inside naruto so it's useless to argue about it.

That is why Naruto threw two Rasenshurikens and not one. One contained Kurama's chakra and the other contained the Senjutsu which Kurama gathered. Their attacks canceled each other out, proving that they were equals at that point. Say the roles were reversed. Had Naruto stolen all the 9 Bijuu's chakra while Sasuke was given Kurama's chakra of Kurama's own free will, then the result would have been the same. (That is if Kurama also gave Sasuke Senjutsu.)
