Why did everyone jump to the conclusion that he is the Sage's reincarnation? I think that he is simply the one who will carry on the Sage's ideals and fulfill his wishes. He doesn't need to be the reincarnation for that to happen.

I like to think of Naruto as his own Ninja.
He is just someone who has the same beliefs as the Sage. He looks like that because he is in control of Kurama, Someone who was inside the Sage (no homo). I believe the Tailed Beasts held some form of ability from the Sage. Maybe not all of them, but definitely Kurama.
I think he has the life force of the Sage (idk if this is obvious or not, or if true at all)
