Is naruto the new saga of six paths or is sasuke???

No one will ever be the next true Sage of 6, only one close enough is Naruto since he now possess Chakra from all 9 beasts, Sage mode, and he established a relationship with all the tailed beasts.
But then there is the one piece of the SO6P piece Naruto is missing the Ocular powers; the eyes of the Sage now if Sasuke gives his eyes to Naruto or if Naruto obtains Madara's Rinn, then Naruto would possess all the pieces to be the next SO6P but I don't think either one is going to happen and Naruto is going to be Naruto and Sasuke might realize he truly loves Naruto and see's him as the closest thing he ever had as a real brother (like he did when he left the village)

naruto only has the nine tail he needs the 10 tails to be half way there to becoming the sage of 6 paths, when sasuke gets the rinnegan he's going to be half way there naruto has to take the 10 tails from madara AND tobi lol AND!!! somehow get the first hokage's cell to control it, all sasuke have to do is get the rinnegan which comes with time like madara, it in his blood to be the next SO6P,plus the nine tails said his DREAMS and GOALS remind him of the SO6P i kno what your talking about, he never said what your talking about.

Sure, if he absorbs Orochimaru and goes even weirder. Does he really need to at this point with EMS? No. Naruto already looks like the So6p, the tailed beasts even confirmed he is like the reincarnation of him as well I think like 30 chapters ago. (don't remember what number, but I'm too lazy to find it). If anything, both of them working together will make the sage in theory.. IF Sasuke is even involved.

i agree but naruto needs the 10 tails to become the jinchuurki the SO6P was all sasuke needs is the rinnegan if he lives long enough he's going to get it like madara WITH TIME, maybe shorter time than madara

Depends on what u view as sage here.
If just spiritual reincarnation then its naruto. If power attained, sasuke still could take it
