Is Naruto the best cartoon eve?

I was just wondering to my self if naruto was actually the best cartoon ever but I realized that I like DBZ just a little bit better

So would you say naruto is the best cartoon ever or if not name which cartoon you belive is better

1) it's not a cartoon
2) It always depends on people's taste
3) Fillers tend to ruin it to much and the animation can be quite lame at given times
