Firstly I beleive Naruto is a decendant of the senju clan, remember firstly hat Tsunade didnt intend to give(so she decided to gamble based on destiny) the necklace to anyone after the two previous tragedies, also take note (since everyone in all blogs seem to forget) that Jiraya specifically asked to take Naruto on his Tsunade arc mission.. ask why??? its simple he beleives that Naaruto can persuade Tsunade either directly or indirectly to become Hokage and to oversee Nartos developement,ask also; why did tsunade gamble THAT necklace with Naruto if there isnt any relationship? see her reaction on knowing Narutos Identity from Jirya.Take note also about the emotional mood Tsunade spoke of Minato (the 4th) and Naruto to Jiraya(just before Jiraya went and got himself killed),comparing their behaviors and prowess and mentioning Narutos mom when Jiraya even forgot the name of the companion of his favorite student (Jiraya being the Grand pervert!)
and finally Naruto boasts of being able to master any tech he is taught, and thats the Senju code (masters of a thousand techs).
My conclusion is this.
Naruto is Directly related to the 1st,2nd and 4th and in extent 5th,(even madara knows the senju have always run Konoha), i dont know exactly how it is but in due course it will be shown, note also in the picture of the early senju that there was one in the photo looking like the 4th, now also the 1st had 4 brothers two died in battle so im suspecting that the blond one was one, so in essence naruto and sasukes battle was predestined like the two greats that preceded their different clans, (madara says in his story to Naruto that the blood lines have thinned, no one ever mentions extinct so this clan by nme theory is null). and beleive me Madara would not go through the stress of telling someone who is not a senju but has a fight with a senju about his past, and admiration of the 1st.Its just not him, he is the kind that prides himself with heritage aand blood,and war!
