Naruto is not pure in the sense of Kishimotos definition.

Sasuke is pure in terms of always being straight forward with no hidden agendas.
Naruto is pure in terms of being a good person, always willing to help someone out.

Sasuke follows the cycle of indra who stands alone and doesn't fight for any one else because he doesn't need others to become strong (naruto follows the cycle of ashura)

Pure as in 100% good? Sasuke is not pure, he has killed innocent people. Naruto on the other hand is pure because he destroyed his dark self and no longer holds any hate or darkness.
