tobi acknowledged kakashi again because of his intelligence, there is gai's super speed, naruto's super speed, power and stamina and there is B's power and skill so what can tobi possibly do vs them.
if tobi use T/S jutsu hes dead cuz he will still solid for 5 minutes so they can kill him in those 5 minutes they just need do deal with a noob rinnegan user :|
