Kishimoto is the one that had Naruto say yes and Minato be reminded of Kushina.
Kishimoto is the one that had Sakura stay with Naruto and have that emotional scene whilst performing CPR.
Kishimoto is the one that had Naruto stick up and protect Sakura numerous times since.
Kishimoto is the one that had Kakashi think/tell us that Sakura's feelings for Sasuke changed.

NaruSaku fans don't need to make to make up and or distort facts because all the signs point towards their ship happening.

You're missing the point. Kishimoto could have framed that scene in countless different ways, but he deliberate chose to depict it the way he did, which has obvious romantic connotations.

I didn't say she doesn't. I said Kishimoto is the one planting obvious signs. Sakura could still love Sasuke, and that love can still be romantic in nature, or platonic, but the fact that Kishimoto chose to write that is telling.

No, I didn't. I haven't proclaimed any ship canon, I just pointed out facts.

The fact this isn't a romance manga is irrelevant. A main love interest for the hero is a shōnen battle manga staple, and Naruto has had eyes only for Sakura since the beginning.

Naruto doesn't even mentions Sakura liking him being the issue, it's the fact that she came all of the way out there to tell him which made him suspicious
