Look at Naruto's receding hairline, looks like he is getting bald to me.

the dude was given the yang chakra, I mean Tsunade practically made herself eternally young and you think someone who can stop someone from disintegrating and giving back someones eyes will suffer from hairloss?

that's one heck of a job if it can
