No. There will be a part 3. But NOT from Kishimoto.

Naruto sells, the whole world knows it, it is like DBZ. I am 100% sure some other manga writer will make a 3th part. Hopefully he will also be a good writer!

naruto isn't coming 2 an end yet, bt shipuuden is... I still believe kishi will make anoda arc after a time skip... (Naruto, naruto-shipuuden, and .........) Only Kishi knows what the 3rd arcs name would be.

There will maybe be a time skip where Naruto is chunin/jounin before becoming hokage (if he will) but I am sure Shippuden will end soon

Probably soon after the war and then they'll make a spin off show that has rock lee, though I hope they show what happens to naruto and the rest of the characters after a time skip or something!

I think this may be the last arc. If naruto defeats madara in the end of this war, who else is there for him to possibly fight (other than Sasuke). I can't see Oro being the main villain of yet another arc. Naruto would have already defeated the strongest. All shinobi unified, thus a fitting end to the story.
