Is Naruto Bad At Taijutsu?

So I came across a comment online that critiqued Naruto's Taijutsu in Parts 1 & 2:

"Naruto should really learn more Taijutsu because it's ridiculous how bad he is at it! Not only that but he uses Shadow Clones in his fights too! If anyone could show me a battle in which Naruto never used Shadow Clones then tell me the fight but I bet your ass that there isn't a fight without a Naruto SHADOW CLONE JUTSU!!!

So the case is closed!!! Naruto Is bad at Taijutsu!"

WELL???...was 13-17 yr old Naruto bad at 1-on-1 Taijutsu???...maybe

Naruto wrecked toneri's puppets in taijutsu in the last and they low diffed hiashi whom is hyuga and a gentle fist master. Although they did blast him with chakra too.

Naruto also wrecked fused momoshiki in taijutsu and momo negged the other kage and sasuke low diff in taijutsu.

Oh, in the case perhaps. Naruto is a brawler and heavy hitter, he was never flashy like sasuke or lee. However even kakashi noted the power of Naruto's hit and said he had a mean hook. This is further solidified when he uppercut neji in pt1 and sasuke in vote1&2.

Part 1 naruto was able to go pretty well agains't sasuke in the hospital fight and that sasuke had copied lee taijutsu and speed.

And shippuden era was able to go agains't deva pain in hand to hand while he was at base and exhausted of using sage mode.

Part of tht scan is base I believe. Iirc naruto is in base when he engages pain in that little scuffle, and then once pain goes for the black rod naruto activated sm at the last moment and broke it(iirc) that being said his taijutsu skills are decent, but def not his forte, at least not in base

@Bold that was mostly filler though. In the manga all they did was grab hands and then Naruto used kage bunshins. They got beat by Sasuke's taijutsu and katon then Naruto used Rasengan.....and the rest was history.

Well, I'm under the assumption that the base adult Naruto has better physical feats than his teen KCM self minus the speed due to the Rikudo boost affecting his base. I'd say yes.
