Naruto isn't showing any indication that he'll become smart like Jiraiya. Naruto's brain is as dull as Might Gai's brain. Naruto should be grateful towards his parents that he's a jinchuriki. Without Kurama a retard like Naruto wouldn't get past Pain arc

Getting back to the topic, I don't believe Naruto is a pervert. If he was a stalker and secretly peeped on Sakura then we could call him a pervert. Naruto is rather frank about his feelings for Sakura. A pervert has his eyes on every girl he sees. Jiraiya is a true pervert

Jiraiya seemed to me like a 50 year old Naruto. They are incredibly similar, in my opinion.
