I'm just presenting a different perspective on his character


We all know what bullies are

One of the many attributes that is associated with bullies is the idea of gathering people and ganging up on someone


Naruto has this quality about him and is through TNJ that he gathers people around. As a result, he and his posse would gang up on an enemy instead of having a fair match
