is naruto a better shinobi than sasuke?

as the manga moves on we clearly see there are stuff that sasuke know that naruto doesnt and the same go to the other way... (sasuke know a lot of battle tactics for example and naruto understood what ninja is from a very young age) my question is: is naruto a better shinobi than sasuke? cause naruto understand what ninja is for a long time and he always follow this rule.... but sasuke didnt know what ninja is till now and he always fought to get revenge...
(for those who does not know a shinobi is someone who endure to achive their goals).

Hmm, yeah I would say so. They're not the best "shinobi" if you ask me though, they're a little too emotional.

Neither of them are that great of shinobi's to be honest, emotions just take control of them. I would say Naruto though because he way less selfish than Sasuke is.

I'd say Naruto. Sasuke really didn't even care about being a shinobi before meeting Edo Itachi. He only wanted power to kill Itachi.
