Is Nagato really that strong?

Its mostly the deva path that makes him overwhelming. Shinra tensei and chibaku tensei are very hard to counter for non top 10.

Nagato is fodder compare to the beast so therefore he's not top 10


This is why he wasn't n the village Kishi didn't wanna make him look stupid after he soloed jman

He is the only character that has been able to perform an intense battle against a village, then a Jinchuuriki who was able to awake stage by stage to the eighth tail, and after that revive all the dead people of the village, only using his willpower... and a Rinnegan that didn't belong originally to himself (he should not have been so proficient using it, but... he was).

That is not only hype, man... that's a feature.
