Is nagato lazy?

If the Rinnegan can master all of the elements easier, then why hasn't Nagato shown any Fire,Water,Lighting,Earth, or Wind Style techniques.He has only shown Rinnegan only techniques.Also, the Rinnegan might be able to fuse the elements and the user can have many Kekki Genkai's but Nagato isn't that smart and he's lazy. What does NB thinks?
