Even that he could fight against Naruto (Sage Mode Perfect) and Nine Tails and has enouch power to revive people.

Hanzo was alone (or surrounded by fodder which is the same as being alone), Kakashi was fighting by himself in the specific situation where he was iced, Jiraiya was as well. First off, Hanzo was a fodder antagonist, one of the people that had the reputation but was actually insignificant in the grand scheme by the time of Shippuden so it's not much of a feat. Jiraiya took down like, two or so paths with no prep or knowledge. Naruto did a considerably better with Sage Mode than Jiraiya and managed to get him down to Deva only.

If I'm understanding you correctly, you're implying that Nagato is capable of taking the Gokage of the war arc (Gaara, A, Mei, Tsunade, Oonoki) by himself? I'd say that is a stretch if he's using his remote technique. Each of the Gokage I believe would have a mechanism to effectively avoid or counter each of his meaningful paths. Nagato was rather weak in comparison to the other Rinnegan users.

Yeah, Nagato is clearly above each of the Gokage 1v1 given how he was lauded as the God of Destruction by Jiraiya and continued to obliterate the entirety of Konoha in a flash. None of the Gokage would compete with that, but they have shown to be capable of battling the Rinnegan as a group due to their impeccable synergy. Combinations such as Onoki + V2 Raikage coupled with the Hidden Mist to obscure his vision would be too difficult for Nagato to handle.

I think Gaara would fair a bit better with his sand. The Raikage could probably speed blitz a few of them. Nothing will really be too effective against Deva path to.

Madara had his susanno clones, PS, his MS abilities and his legendary shinobi abilities against the Gokage. Fight was lopsided and not helped by Kishi giving Madara asspull after asspull to prevent being sealed. He even escaped the Edo Tensei cancelling by somehow knowing what the seals were to keep his soul in his edo body.

Nagato wtih his 6 paths of pain, wouldn't be the stomp it was against Madara and the Gokage, but Nagato would've give them a run.
