Is nagato able to use sharingan?

I know that nagato had madara's eyes in him im curious if hes able to access madaras sharingan and EMS
i should be possible Since kakashi is not uchiha and he has a uchihas eye in him and hes able to use sharingan

Nagato can't devolve eyes that aren't his and before you say Kakashi can devolve MS back to 3T, it's still Sharingan where as Rinnegan is whole new power.

No his eye's was transplanted as a Rinnegan not sharingan. Kakashi's can evolve into MS and back to sharingan because he had a sharingan that evolved into MS. Not a transplanted MS.

He can only use Rinnegan because that's the form the eyes were in when they were implanted.
Implanted eyes can advance from base level into a matured level and back again with enough training or special DNA (Kakashi, Danzō). But there's no evidence to suggest an already evolved implanted eye can devolve.

Nope. Madara Eyes aren't Sharingan anymore. They are only Rinnegan as the eyes mutated into such after he made Hagoromo's chakra. I used mutated as Kakashi during Pein Invasion mentions about Rinnegan being a mutation, possibly (IIRC). I am sticking with it as it should be clear as day it both cannot be deactivated, nor reverted if it is the real eye. The transition was purely a perk of Edo Tensei and not having the "real eyes".

Madara eyes are not "Sharingan" anymore because it's a Rinnegan, the scan just shows Madara hyping himself nothing proves that he lost his Sharingan abilities. If we talk about Mutations then Kaguya's Rinne Sharingan was said to have Sharingan abilities so the Rinnegan, the mutation of the Rinne Sharingan lost those abilities yet the Mutation of Hagoromo's Rinnegan the Sharingan had those abilities. Mutations have nothing to do with this, Hagoromo never awaken the Sharingan's Dojutsu (Susanoo, Tsukiyomi) so his Rinnegan only has the Rinnegan dojutsu while Madara eye's had previously awaken both MS and EMS so his Rinnegan is the evolution of his own "eyes". Though I believe the Eye's abilities/ techniques are connected to one's brain that's why Madara could use Susanoo blind.

Nah, from what we know, they can only go up from the state the eye was transplanted in.

Anyone can use sharingan.

Nagato had plenty of chakra to use it too without needing to cover it up like Kakashi who, btw. Had his transplanted at T2 but still went on to get MS via killing Rin.

Edit; Assumed you meant he got sharingan transplanted instead. No. He can't revert back to sharingan & it would be pointless anyway.

Yes, Nagato can potentially use the Sharingan, but he cannot access Sharingan powers from Madara's Rinnegan.
