Is muu and onoki realted and if they aint thats mean muu could teach anyone KKT?

if that were the case then how come mei can't do wood release and she knows how to combine the elements for example she needs earth and fire for her yoton and water and fire for her boil ( don't know the Japanese word for boil) Mei does have water and earth and she doesn't have wood release.

Being able to combine elements, creates a kekkei tota. Just because a person knows the elements, doesn't mean they can combine them. Kakashi knows earth, fire, water, and lighting, but he can't combine the water and earth to make wood style. This was demonstrated when he and Yamato were teaching Naruto elemental training.

Yea but I'm talking about Mei she has 2 KKG and 2 chakra natures and she needs to know how combined her chakra natures in order to use boil and lava release

they arent related, but i dont think you can teach anyone a kkg or kkt. I think it takes a skilled shinobi, who likely has to have the chakra types needed.

KKT meaning they possess three chakra natures and Oonoki-Muu both possess the same 3 natures and yes Muu was oonoki's mentor

IMO the are 2 parts:
1. They were born being able to combine their 3 natures, this the most important part, having them is not enough.
2. Each KKG or KKT requires the right combination of chakra natures, not just 50/50 or 33.3/33.3/33.3 for KKT (think back to when Naruto was learning TBB)

Dust Release is the only release that can be taught regardless of the fact it's a KKT
