Is Need for Speeed most wanted (2012) any good? I've been hearing mixed opinions about the game but can anyone give me a list of pros and cons that they have experienced with this game? And whether or not this game has an active online base on PS3.
I'm kinda new to racing games, at least for this generation since I haven't played on since Midnight club 3 on ps2.

i played it just a little bit..it was good
graphics are better compared to nfs mw 2005.
cars are better..(you will have to drive aston martin at the start of the game)
somethings have been added to this game like auto repair, car damage etc which were not there in nfw mw 2005

overall..i liked it

worst game ever!!! I only played 5 min plus additional 10 min to show my friend why EA games should shoot themselves in the head. BUT I understand who those games are made for.. unrealistic dynamics, physics, driving.. this games is for little kids.

If you're looking for REAL THING, where you can do real drift with dropping gear and playing with gas and take 100% control as if it was a real car.

Forza, Grand Turismo, Grid series. Games for real auto enthusiast
>.< i wish I could drift like that, only possible on manual. If you play on Auto.. go **** yourself *_*

+1
I played Forza 4 on a friends rig. He welded a frame and mounted an old racing seat and invested tons of cash for a sim wheel and pedals with an H pattern shifter. We played for hours before an autocross event and our laptimes did improve come track day because our techniques was more smooth. The tunes won't match to the real world settings, but heel/toe shifting, left foot braking and our steering improved among other things. Just need a hand brake and we can be complete. It gets boring with a controller but it's fun with a wheel. I welded my set up and now I just need to piece together the accessories.
.
Need for speed doesn't have the telemetry down for force feed back when we played it. But if you're just looking for an arcade type racing game, then it will be alright. Graphics are good and it's open world driving. I put it on par with Forza Horizon.

Thanks guys!!! I've been hearing a lot of mixed things about most wanted. Like it not being a true NFS game and just a burnout rip off? Would this game appeal to those to never play racing game or just casual racing gamers? I'm asking this because most of the points that I've heard about this game (the negative ones) seems to be coming from racing enthusiasts.

lol I defiantly am not a racing enthusiast. I'm an all rounder game player basically. Racing on the bottom of my list.

Before I give an opinion on a game, I probably research it or actually play it first.
