Is Momo's transformation related to curse seal?

looks similar and curse seal uses natural energy just like the Shinju which is the origin of rinnegan. So maybe it's like a super curse seal transformation.

OT: To me, it looks like it's related. Could simply be the movie trying to make their villain look "Different." I personally don't think the look fits, precisely because it looks like a Cursed Seal (imperfect Sage Mode, causing Sage Transformation). An Ootsutuski shouldn't change to that extent; they generally gain larger horns / more tomoe on their "Chakra Clothes."

I think curse seals are like artificial sage transformations like Kabuto's dragon form. Juubito was like a Juubi themed sage transformation. Momo Shiki seems like seems like another sort of artificially brought upon sage transformation but on an entirely different level than a curse seal transformation.
