He gets the Sealing Tattoo on his Belly.

Then, he sealed the Yang Chakra inside Naruto.

He's a Jinchuuriki with the Bijuu Power Equal to Naruto!

...but he was in Reaper Death Seal

Correct me if I'm wrong.

Edit: What I'm hoping for Minato is: To somehow reach Naruto, and give the rest of Kurama's Chakra back. Naruto would become an even more Perfect Jinchuuriki than he is now with an all-new Powerup.

you are correct.. however i dont think minato can use the kyuubi chakra as of yet and its a big possibility that he will return watever chakra he has back to kurama.... thought i do believe by this time kurama's chakra has been restored... the power that returns to him would be a great temporary power up to go against the juubi lol

I saw the Sealing Tattoo on his Belly, so he must have sealed that half inside himself.

He dont have Kurama himself. Naruto has. So Naruto is the Jinchuuriki not Minato.

He is the one using the rds of course he is going to have the seal on him.His fate is sealed with that symbol as it shows up on the rds as well.

That has nothing to do with kurama's chakra.
