Is Minato Top 10 ?

I would say Minato defeats Muu using FTG level 2 or a S/T barrier to shoot a jinton right back at Muu. And his speed allows him to avoid any attack by Muu in the first place. Against the 3rd Raikage, Minato has the edge in speed. Endurance goes to the Raikage. Intelligence goes to Minato. Now this is totally opinion, but I believe Minato would figure out the Raikage's weakness using his intelligence before the Raikage wears him out.

This is my reason as to why Minato beats Sasuke, and with some changes, the same applies to Itachi.

You do know that Minato KNEW that Tobi was using his genjutsu already to control the Fox. Maybe he understood that Tobi couldn't control him while he was controlling the fox. You are underrating Minato's intelligence.

His counter for genjutsu has to be speed. Considering his intelligence, he should know that genjutsu is dangerous, especially against an uchiha. Considering his teleportation abilities, he can certainly teleport before proper eye contact is made (and by that I mean, eye contact long enough for Sasuke to cast a genjutsu). This is my weakest argument, and that is why I still believe Sasuke has the CHANCE to win, but Minato has the overall edge, especially considering that Sasuke's genjutsu is not as powerful as say...Itachi's, who has the only 1 hit KO genjutsu of the series so far.

Secondly, Sasuke will NOT be able to catch him in Amaterasu. Minato is far too fast, and staying in one place for enough time so that Amaterasu can be cast is not a part of his fighting style. He moves, and moves fast. If Sasuke can outrun Itachi's Amaterasu, Minato can avoid Sasuke's.

Also, Susano'o. Susanoo is necessary to fight Minato, but it's certainly can't hit him. If he sees an arrow coming towards him, he teleports away OR he can simply use a Space Time Barrier to redirect it RIGHT back at Sasuke's Susanoo, or maybe even INSIDE of his Susanoo. Considering he can send an attack wherever he wants, that is a possibility.

Sasuke may have Katon, he may have Raiton, but they are not fast enough to catch Minato. Even Kirin Minato can evade. Why? When Sasuke used it on Itachi, Itachi had time to use Susanoo before being hit. Minato's reflexes are the greatest in the entire manga. Seeing as how there was a period of time where Sasuke lifted and lowered his arm, in that time, Minato can certainly escape, OR create a space time barrier and send the attack right back at Sasuke.

Also, considering that his FTG allows him to teleport anywhere within a specific radius of the seal means that if he gets a seal CLOSE to Susanoo, he can teleport inside extremely quickly, and before Sasuke has the time to react, he can place a seal on Sasuke while at the same time attack him.

Honestly, Sasuke has no real way of hitting Minato. Whereas Minato has the ability to use Sasuke's attacks against him, as well as possibly getting inside of Susanoo with a good attack. And no matter what, Minato is NOT going to run out of chakra before Sasuke, considering how chakra taxing Susanoo and Amaterasu are.

So yeah. Overall in this battle, Minato has the upper edge. I say Minato wins 65-70/100 times.

naruto, when he used sennin mode he was said to have already surpassed his predecessor by fukasauk who knew minato first hand and now naurot has mastered KM and BM on top of it
sasuke, because of susanoo. unlike itachi sasuke is shown to be able to fight with it active for a long time. minato has nothing against susanoo
itachi, he may not be able to keep susanoo active for a long time but his intelligence covers it. minato is also very intelligent but I'd give the edge to itachi and itach has more variety of techniques. smarts are almost equal but the techniques goes to itachi and so he has a better chance
muu, being able to fly and go invisible are big adventages. and one-shot KO is also an important piece. muu is capable of taking down masses more crowded than what minato did in the 3rd war. and he's also shown to be calm and intellect which are important and rareç
3rd raikage, minato seemd to have the upper hand against A but 3rd is on a different level. his speed is close to minato's and he has this armor who would cover him from whatever minato has.
2nd mizukage, the clam is a very tricky thing. even for a sensor it's impoosible to find it and without finding it you have no chance of victory. and even after finding it destroying it is no easy task. it took a major hit from onoki to destroy it and mot many has suck destructive techniques. and on top of those variety of suiton and jockey boy.
onoki, he's one step below muu and so same things almost apply for him too. though without invisibilty things are harder for him.

these people can take minato down in a 1 vs. 1 and are a bigger danger to most other enemies than minato.

space time barrier warps his trees. and he is too fast for genjutsu or physical attacks. gamabunta's oil + explosive tags would set the forest on fire.

I love it when I see Tobi fans hating on Minato, because Minato is the only character to stop Tobi into the ground thus far they hate minato so much. I don't know why kind of stupid question this is but of course Minato is top 10. Tobi without Jinchiruki and Gedo will lose to Minato. I mean what kind of fair fight is that, even if Tobi had the Rinnegan and Sharingan but faces Minato one vs one Tobi will still lose. 2 people in the series have already said they never though Minato would be surpassed (until Naruto of course). Minato is still > Hashirama, why because we haven't seen a damn thing from his. All we saw was him get raped by Hiruzen, until I see more well no comment. And Hiruzen fans need to shut up, he isn't stronger than Madara, Tobi, Itachi, EMS Sasuke, 3rd Raikage, Mu, Minato or So6P. no they wont. itachi or sasuke alone would surely have lost to kabuto if they were alone and in an open space. gai cant put down manda II and if he does get past skin shedding and its sheer size he will be too exhausted to beat kabuto. hell taijutsu and most physical attacks are useless cos of his liquid body. itachi cant hit him with anything since he did dodge susano arrow and blitz the shit out of itachi before saske saved him. he didnt intend to kill sasuke remember that. and itachi should have lost to demonic flute without sasukes help.
minatos got nothing to permanently put kabuto down besides reaper death seal.
ems madara would get hit by first, white rage then have to fight manda, and the other giant snakes. then try and fail at hitting/hurting kabuto who heals anything instantly or dodges with his perceptive skills. genjutsus useless.
