No. A-pull indicates that it came out of nowhere and wasn't foreshadowed, but it was.

Here Fukasaku mentioned that Naruto "surpassed all who came before him." Minato and Jiraya were shown together, and the toads shared this view with Tsunade. Now, here's the thing. The only way Naruto surpassed Minato as far as we knew at that point was through ransenshuriken, which is something Minato never achieved. However....

.......... Fukasaku never saw ransenshuriken, so the only other option is that Fukasaku meant that Naruto surpassed Minato in senjutsu, which meant that Minato would have to have at least some senjutsu.
So no, it's not an a-pull. It was foreshadowed, however, it is indeed a plot hole since he never used it in the Obito fight, but I think that's how Naruto's superior to Minato in senjutsu. Naurto can mix natural energy to large masses of chakra while Mianto cannot.

How the **** does minato have sage chakra? the only reason i can think of is that the half of the nine tailed fox in minato somehow got some sage chakra from the other half inside naruto and he transferred it to minato before the nine tails got taken away from him. That is so stupid but its the only thing that makes sense.
So its is most definitely a major ass pull, so much stress on how long it takes to learn sage jutsu, naruto sped it up with his clones and jiraiya took years and minato well, pulls it out of his ass.

well, Minato is a genius and he has a toad contract so it really shouldnt come to a surprise that he can pull off sm. also lets not forget that madara mastered sm in seconds...
