Well it depends, i'm sure he had more techniques than what he has shown so far, but if you had a great move (FTG) why not use it all the time? why waste time with regular boring plain jutsu...
Anyway his speed is still above regular shinobys even without FTG, he still has the rasengan, and still knows sealing jutsus... he also has one element so i think he just might still be a candidate for Hokage...

Namikaze wasn´t confirmed as clan and he learned i would say at least half of them from Kushina

Remember he invested the rasengan, he's also the only person that can use FTG which means he invested it also. We also haven't know much about him. I think he will become the hokage without the flash, I believe he had alot up his sleeve plus is intelligence.

Well he would be a lot less powerful but he would still be about as smart as itachi *maybe more as he creates his own jutsu* but I don't find it a fair question because he created the jutsu from nothing, it's not like sasukes ems which he debatably didn't earn. Good comparison would be kakashi without ms or itachi without ms, still very powerful smart ninjas, just not legendary like they are currently

the FTG tech is what put him over the top on another level

without it he's not on the same level...but he'd still be great. His normal speed and Body Flicker tech was still faster than most, his analytical skills and battle intellegence were far above average, he had the boss summon Gamabunta, created the Rasengan and was on track to completing it but even just that was powerful enough, and he was a master at sealing techniques
