Is Minato in BIJUU mode or KYUUBI chakra mode? Can't tell if it's just his cape and kyuubi chakra mode or bijuu mode cloak?

I think it is kyuubi mode. Only becuase of the seal on his stomach that matches the seal on naruto's km stomach. He wouldnt have had time to tame the yin side of kurama because he was dead.

Also, Since minato is a master of seals, it only makes since that he was able to collect enough chakra from his sealed kyuubi to use kyuubi mode.

Minato doesn't have a bijuu within his edo tensei body, it's impossible for you to be a jinchuuriki in edo tensei...Madara already clarified that up for everybody.

He is in Kyuubi Chakra mode, claded in kyuubi's chakra.
The only thing that should confuse you is the cape, the rest looks like kcm naruto from the front

that jacket is the cape he already has on, the white jacket changes it's appearence too

KCM. it looks like its bijuu mode because of minato's hokage cloak, thats all. his kcm just incorporates it because he has it on.

He's in KCM mode. He can't be in bijuu mode because he needs the kyubi to merge their chakra together to enter BM.
Look back at the chapter Naruto first used BM mode.
