Minato is a disadvantage. He cannot perform seals because he doesn't have an arm. We're not seeing that tech anymore

I don't read the manga. Did minatos arm regenerate yet I'm not sure. Too mAke shadow clones do you have too perform a seal like a cross with both hands. There's a reason why he lost an arm.

he has only 1 arm. so he can't use it. The technique doesn't seem that hard to imagine. It is just using FTG and rasengan to hit the enemy multiple times.

when the Jutsu's name is announce, that's mean we will get to see it.
for example

Dan stated his jutsu's name and after 60 chapter we saw it when the ET was almost done!
Kisame's jutsu as well, at first when Zetsu transformed to Kisame, a lot of people though the real Kisame got killed and
we will never see his jutsu, but after like 34 chapters we saw his jutsu against Gai!

Itachi's Izanami took like 4 or 5 chapters.

...etc

so the same thing will happen here as well.

It's killing me inside that I haven't seen this jutsu yet. I don't know why kishi is trolling the crap out of this jutsu. Don't hype up something 2-3 times just to not show it.

Even if we do see it eventually, it will probably be so anticlimactic because it was left so long and our expectations would have dropped.

Kishi probally thought up the name of the technique but doesnt yet know how to impliment the technique yet or how to show it off.. he was most likely trying to make minato still look cool without actually showing the technique since he might not have an idea for it yet .. :/

but tbh imo the fact that it looks like minato hasnt been able to pull it off makes him look worse unfortunetly.. also another thing everyone saying that he is handicapped because of losing an arm.. dont be silly he could easily make another 3-4 arms.. naruto has been doing so the hole war arc so i dont see why minato cant
