That's a good question, i assume he's fast(maybe not the fastest, but probably very fast) what makes him "fast" is his teleportation ability, that's not really speed, he can go from point A to point B instantaneously, i wouldn't call him fast since he's not running, but "materializing" in the other point.

Besides your overall question is still stupid. Kishi has said that Minato is the faster man in Naruto, the yellow flash, so he is the fastest. You can't question Kishi, he is the deciding factor.

I was being sarcastic, lee was training his body, therefore, he is the fastest without using jutsu. And your wrong, it is okay to question kishi. Again, if we believed everything kishi says, then we'd still believe tobi was madara up until his mask was broken. and saying "without using the FTG" is kind of unfair cause the other fastest people minus gai and rock lee are using jutsu.

obito using his T/S jutsu, naruto using sage mode and kurama mode, raikages using their lightning armour.

without using jutsu its just impossible to know who is the fastest but i would say he is deffo one of the top.

That entirely depends, how you interpret it. Some things are easy to interpret. A person with a mask, calling himself Madara is completely different. Besides Obito was "Madara", he had taken on Madaras name ever since, and he was doing Madaras bidding (at least of, what we know). Surely you may question the manga, but if it's written that Minato is/was the fastest, clearly he is still top 3 over speed. And going by the logic, of how his speed works, clearly he is the fastest.

Of course it does, that wasn't my point. I said it's the top speed, whether, you use special shoes, skis, dogs (like kiba/akamaru), pure chakra, or just normal running, it is your max speed, in whatever mode, which determines, who is faster.

Of course using this logic, Naruto is faster than Minato, since he can move faster than Minato can throw a kunai (I guess). But if the kunai is already in position, Minato is way faster. So it all depends on the minor feats, but in the end, what it comes down to, is that Minato can move instantaneously to any position, and no one else reaches that, since it's impossible without.

And Kishi sees this as speed, not me, but I happen to be one of the few, agreeing with kishi..

I'm a person who see's no point in something that the manga has already 100% said and is clear as day. You guys are are trolling a pointless 7 page thread that already has manga proof in it. Leave this topic alone as its known already. Kishi decides this not you....

Now before goes crazy I'd like to propose the fact that the flying thunder god technique is a time space jutsu, a way to summon yourself to wherever your seal is. So my question is why people like A and minato fanboys call him the physically fastest ever. Minato never ran anywhere in a flash, he kinda teleported. Which is the reason he has to do this :

In terms of actual movement speed, going from point A to point B, without spacetime=People like Naruto, A are the fastests.
Zetsu, Hashi, Yamato, Edo Madara, are fast as well btw, if they can move through plants/earth.

Getting from point A to point B, with spacetime jutsus being allowed=Minato is the fastests.
