Expect Kakashi to get the other MS from obito, Naruto to turn into the younger son & Sasuke to awaken Rinnegan and turn into the Older Son.
Is Madara's weakness still/also senjutsu?

Madara ≈ So6P > elder son + younger son > BM Naruto + Rinnegan Sasuke + MS Kakashi
Even if Naruto, Sasuke and Kakashi gain these power ups Madara has knowledge and experience to counter any and all jutsu they have

No. Its just the only way to actually harm him. Shit just got even more tense since ninjutsu was doing little before
