Quite simply put, he is arguably the closest thing to the Sage of Six Paths in existence other than arguably Kabuto. Madara has both Senju and Uchiha DNA, awakened the Rinnegan, has the capability to control the Kyuubi and strikes fear into Kurama, and has to some extent suppressed the Juubi. If this is what you mean, yes. If you mean, Madara is the reincarnation of the Sage then no.

I'm going to have to respectfully disagree... That's a very good assumption, but until we are blatantly told that's what he was using I'm going to assume it was some a**-pull by Kishi.

For instance, if he truly had this power, creating a new body for himself would be a cinch and he could become the Jinchuriki of the 10-tails.

The Sage had the technique and still couldn't defeat the juubi, he was faced with the ultimatum of defeat or sealing it into himself; his choice the latter....It shows some limitations on the technique itself.

Size isnt everything. If u watch the page with TBB again u will see lots of mokuton there. Mokuton dragon, living soul, not to mention tentacles all over, combined size it topped kurama n susanoo Xfold. Yet its no more and not a scratch on susanoo.

Wood is only wood, unlike susanoo its will take damage from TBB

Are you now substituting Canon for your own speculation? of course you cannot conceptualize such a fact as your vision is flawed by baised opinion on the character; resulting in an overall underestimation of his potential. The rudiments of the technique itself is related to that of Izanagi.

hashiramas basic wood dome protected him from bijudama & you're claiming that shinsuusenju will be one-shotted despite the fact that bijudamas blast radius is relatively small compared to it.

nobody was talking about perfect susano & if the tactic you are talking about couldve worked then madara wouldnt have lost at VOTE.
