In a world where they have an Uchiha with glasses, Genin behave like babys in the battle field, the Hokage gets stressed with just paperwork, Sasuke doesn't care for his clan anymore.....
......I'm sure Madara sees them as an easy prey........

I don't see what he can do after losing so badly not once but twice even after all that planning. Naruto and Sasuke aren't even worried about him anymore and focusing their effort on a much bigger threat the Otsutsukis. So even if he does come back he'd be put down swiftly and him of all people would be aware of that after watching Naruto and Sasuke's fight with Kaguya.
