No.... To be technical no one is...I've not once seen that title mentioned in the Manga. Nao has he defeated more opponents than anyone else...? I believe so...but I could be wrong. It is however earnestly propagated (sorry...spread is an easier word) that Itachi is the "Solo King" outside of the Manga. From what I've seen here....It goes like this.

Sasuke - Solo Prince
Itachi - Solo King
Madara - Solo God

Nao I've not ever been fond of these...but I believe this is how ppl see them. Also I'm not sure but I think you have to be an Uchiha to get one of these titles....? Idk... For me Madara is Madara.....

The Uchiha Clan is Fodder. Also, Itachi had help. Obito. Have you forgotten? Also, compared to one Clan (Uchiha Clan), Nagato destroyed a whole village (Konoha).

Think about it. Nagato killed Jiriaya - who is one of the Sannin, and Hanzou - who was a legendary shinobi. That is more impressive than wounding fodder or killing one support character.
