Firstly please Read the Entire Post before you comment I may have already addressed the point.I'd like to dedicate this thread to MrLukyso who appears to be my new rival. 
We all know Madara has claimed he is only playing with the 5 kage but that statement has been contradicted by himself. I personally think it's just a strategy to make them give up on themselves. People argue he hasn't used any Rinnegan techniques. But he acquired the Rinnegan shortly before his death. Which means he didn't have much time to gain great skill with it. And given the fact that he acquired it shortly before his death he must have either been old or sick and thus he would have been limited in terms of how much in could do in relation to his prime.
1.Madara is claiming that the Kages jutsu is nothing compared to his Hashirama's. Even if this statement is true with the help of kurama he fought Hashirama and Mito and lost. Which means unless Mito is as strong as the Kyuubi that he was outclassed and out-powered by Hashirama. Furthermore, He hasn't even seen what all the Kages can do because Tsunade hadn't yet used Byakougou and Mei hasn't used boil release, earth release or fire release, He still hasn't realized Gaara's sand is mixed with Gold which means should a lightening type user send a current through the gold Madara could be in trouble.
1.2 However here he thinks to himself that he can't be allowed to caught by a technique of the level Mei produced
And looking at the result of getting caught by it. We see why. His Susanoo has started to melt.

2. As we all know he's been calling them weak but if they are weak why does he need to watch out for Mei's Lava release. And why was her 1st Suiton able to Neutralize his Katon and her second Suiton able to spit him out into another attack?
And if they are in fact weak as he says they are why does he say they have a Very Impressive Offense? You don't call something impressive it is is weak. That was only two kage on the offense and it was very impressive.
And why does he also call their defense quite impressive if they are weak? Once again Mei had not defended an attack before he called their defense impressive
You may now argue well the Preta Path can absorb chakra so that their techniques are moot. I say not quite. If you take the chakra out of the Sand... Sand and Gold is still hurling toward you. If you take the chakra out of Lava it is still a lot of lava coming your way. If you take the chakra out of boulders flying you way, those boulders will still land. If you take the chakra out of Water the water is still coming and it can still cut. Preta path absorbs chakra. So rasengans, Jintons and the like are useless against Preta. But what happens when their is more than chakra present. He doesn't absorb rocks last time I checked.

I will grant you the fact that he has only been attacked by Raikage and had his meteors stopped by Oonoki thus doesn't really know if they are a challenge far but he continued you to praise them afterward.
Here he calls Tsunade's Medical Jutsus worthless and says they have no chance of prolonging anyone's life even for a few seconds
My question then why does twice he think the kages are screwed without her.
Obviously then Mei recognized what strategy he was trying to use and tried to use her Senju blood line as an excuse to kill the medical ninja.
3. I believe his is undermining them purely to make them lose concentration. I have this belief for a few reasons. He has already praised them on their offensive and defensive capabilities. He has thrown insults in that have nothing to do with their power. And he has admitted that he is trying to undermine their confidence.
In this image he trolls Tsunade. She has neither been offensive nor defensive yet and has not yet used the full range of her medical prowess so how could he know any of his claims to be true? Furthermore what the hell does being a woman have to do with anything. He said Above all you are a weak woman. Therefore that trolling statement was to take precedent over all else he said. And if you look at the other Kage's face they think he's gotten to her and she has become discouraged
In this picture he admits that he was trying to discourage the kages when he let Oonoki's attack hit him. Why then shouldn't we believe his talk no jutsu is not trying to achieve the same purpose?
On this page Tsunade asks if they really forced him into having to use the Wood Clone. Notice his silence. Based on what we've seen of him, is he really the type to be silent when someone is wrong? Rather he just starts a new tactic.
4. All of his moves have been countered.
4.1 Susanoo.
Mei has melted full Susanoo with just her Lava and Boil release
With Oonoki's help Gaara can bind Madara while he's in Susanoo
or can just outsmart Madara and attack Susanoo's weakness (under ground)
A can punch through Susanoo with Oonoki and Mei's help.
One of Tsunade's Kick's can crack Susanoo. And a Kick will shatter it.
You may say she's slower than Raikage but she's only been a slow mover in the anime. Furthermore Madara has no speed feats.
and if you say the Mizukage, Raikage, and Tsuchikage helped her break Susanoo then my response is she needed no help breaking the sword which impaled her.
I also can see know reason Katsuya's acid can't melt Amaterasu. Especially, if she splits into many pieces and has all of her miniatures to spit acid.
4.2 Amaterasu-
Raikage dodged Amaterasu and can probably do it again
Gaara was fast enough stopped Raikage's attack on someone else and so he can probably stop Amaterasu before it attacks someone else.
In addition he was able to stop Sasuke's Enton so we know he can stop the black flames.
Gaara was fast enough put up a secondary shield against Yasaka Magatama
Oonoki's stone's were up before Gaara's sand when they were blocking Yasaka Magatama. So his stones may be fast enough to protect him.
Tsunade even if she gets hit by Amaterasu. She can rip off or Medically Cut off her arm or leg or whatever. And guessing by how she regrew all those organs she lost when her entire stomach was impaled she can probably regrow them. Furthermore when know she has an incredible mental fortitude that allows her to work through pain as shown by her defending Naruto and launching an attack after being Stabbed by the sword of kusanagi and sliced by it.
And how she was able to attack Kabuto after her Abdomen muscles were cut (she shouldn't have been able to walk but she ran albeit it made the kick she hit Orochimaru with weaker but she was still moving what shouldn't have been able to), her arm muscles were cut, and some lung muscles were cut.
And how she still managed to break Susanoo's sword and launch an attack and then tank Yasaka Magatama.
4.3 Tsukuyomi-
Tsunade is the counter to this. Firstly I believe she has the mental fortitude to withstand Tsukuyomi considering the feats above and she overcame her paralyzing hemophobia with sheer will power
Further more we all know that Tsukuyomi is genjutsu. Of all characters living she has the best chakra control. We know her chakra control is great because she says healing requires a lot of chakra. Yet she healed an entire village.
You may now say Itachi said only Closely related Uchihas can break Tsukuyomi. If you consider that Itachi lies to protect his brother and he plotted for his brother to get his eyes. Then if anyone knew this wasn't true that would put Sasuke in danger. Thus we're not sure if Itachi's words are true. And if she can either withstand Tsukuyomi or Break it she can awaken the others. As she can treat Tsukuyomi.
Judging by how easily it was cured. I say she has a pretty good knowledge about how Tsukuyomi works and how exactly it affects the brain. In addition we know she lived to meet her Grandfather and GrandUncle. Her Grandfather fought against Madara several times so no doubt he taught her not to get trapped in Genjutsu and not to look an Uchiha in the eyes. Furthermore I'm sure he would have showed her a technique similar to Gai's sharigan avoidance. Given Gai isn't that smart. (He thought Kisame was his true self.) I see know reason Tsunade can't do the same. And we don't know how Uchiha genjutsu's affect people of the Senju clan. Itachi probably never fought an Senju and wouldn't have known whether they were capable of breaking it or not. And I imagine Madara and the Elder son of the So6P would have had an easier time if Senju's fell pray to their Genjutsus.
4.4 Katon-
As already shown The Mizukage can counter it. Based on Tsunade's already impressive healing feats I see no reason she can't tank it. I'm not certain whether or not A could dodge it nor am I sure if he could tank it in V2 form. He did tank the heavenly transfer technique. Gaara's sand's weakness is lightening so I can think of no reason he could not protect himself or the others with the sand. And sand is often used in real world situations to extinguish fires.
4.5 Mokuton-
Oonoki can destroy Mokuton with Jinton.
Tsunade can break through Mokuton if she can break through Susanoo. And she didn't have her Byakougou on when she got poisoned. Now that it is on. I see no reason the damage to her lungs and liver won't heal allowing her to stay up.
I see know reason can't break or cut through Mokuton provided their is no pollen.
Mizukage could burn the Mokuton with her fire and lava releases. She could probably break it with her water release.
Gaara could probably saw through it with his Golden Sand.
4.6 Meteors-
His meteors have been countered by Oonoki's Earth Release: Light-Weight Rock Technique.
I also hypothesize that Raikage with Oonoki's help could break them.
And Tsunade with her strength can break them
4.7 You guys may say he is holding back we haven't seen his Rinnegan techniques or EMS techs. Well no we he hasn't made much use of the Rinnegan besides dropping the Meteors and using Preta Path. But Like I said in the beginning he only achieved the Rinnegan shortly before his death so it's unlikely he can fight like Nagato did. Nagato had about 30 years of experience with his Rinnegan. And in terms of EMS all we know is that MS techniques don't take as much out of you and stops you from going blind. That alone is a huge buff. And he has been using his Susanoo a lot. We haven't seen Tsukuyomi or Amaterasu yet but those have already been discussed. Which means until Kishi shows something new for EMS that's all it has.

You may say well back then he didn't have Rinnegan and Mokuton. I respond you're right. But back then it looks as though Oonoki was a youngin himself and unexperienced. The same way the sannin were no where near their primes when they fought Hanzou. But he survived the battle. So he has knowledge on Madara. Tsunade has knowledge on Hashirama and the Rinnegan. Also all the kage should be stronger than teen Oonoki. So I ultimately believe he isn't really playing with the Kage but using strategy.
