When he said Madara lost the Juubi and Gedo Mazo I think? I can only remember Hashirama saying both of their time has come from the top of my head tho. Anyways we already know the lost of the Gedo and Juubi kills you unless you have BZ attached to you and he's sealed in the CT with Kaguya and the Gedo.
