Overrated? No. As of now, Madara is the most powerful ninja, seeing as he's an Edo, has Rinnegan and Sharingan, and also Hashi sperm inside of himself. xd

If you honestly believe Lee > Madara or Edo Madara, log off.

Well he aint a god thats for sure, and I would say he is very overrated. How come when people talk about madara they assume its obviously the edo version, but when talkin about Nagato or Itachi they talk about either
A, pain
B, clippeled Nagato

or

The sick version of itachi

he is overrated in the aspect that people try to give him every rinnegan jutsu in debates despite him not ever using them in manga canon. they even try to say that he can beat people that even he canonically admits inferiority to.

How could Madara react while controlling Juubi. Dont think he is overrated, he toyed with the 5 Kages. I've seen a "little" portion of his Rinnegan, i wonder his full power! x:

He's rated just fine. It's simply the fact that Kishimoto made him so overpowered that he doesn't have a realistic way of making him lose any more. Any kind of loss or hit he takes at this point is just his abilities being nerfed/trolled in favor of the protagonists.

Some of the comments above concerning his character are making my brain hurt from the amount of stupid they exude, though. :|
