Sasuke 'die' once when going to Orochimaru.
Now, Sasuke may 'die' the second time.
Note that Orochimaru 'curse mark' will react upon Madara 'killing' Sasuke (Madara mistake).
Orochimaru knew it while hiding behind the rock.
About 'curse mark'. This is very similar to "Vampire curse mark on their victims".
When the Vampire that put 'curse mark' on their victims, these 'curse mark' will disappear once that Vampire die.
Kishi highlighted this when Danzo 'curse mark' on his men, such as Sai.
When Danzo die (while fighting Sasuke), the 'curse mark' on his men and Sai had disappeared.
What i mean that this is Madara mistake, this is why Orochimaru was so happy.
In the coming chapter, say, chapter 666, this will be where "All Hell break loose".
Kishi used allot of myth and legend and ++++ in his story. "666" = Devil.
"666" is the opposite of "999" - the symbol of the SO6P.
Both Naruto and Gaara are the Jinchuriki. But Obito and Madara are not.
That the saying is, one Jinchuriki can understand other Jinchuriki. (this was mention)

1) Naruto is the 'active' Jinchuriki
2) Gaara was re-born (given a life by ...) ex-Jinchuriki
SO6P elder son 'yin' and younger son 'yang'
Yang. Both Naruto and Gaara are now in yang mode. Nothing to do with bijuu chakra.
Re-read the manga again. (Some may confuse anime with manga - that's why re-read to understand the difference).
