Deidera said that Onnoki was faster than in his prime so does that mean we are seeing these two in there prime?

EMS Madara can't use Rinnengan and Rinnengan Madara is like 100 so this isn't Prime Madara. This is Madara with all of his abilities from all of his life. I'm not sure what your question is though.

Madara is now greater then he was in his prime, he was given Senju DNA, which means he can now use izanagi twice (with each sharingan once) and has the rinnegan as well. Onoki.. no. The only reason he is so strong now is because of his will, if this was many years back and something like this would have happened, he would have been way stronger.
