Is Madara going after Kakashi?

Is Madara going after his other rinnegan? He seemed tired of waiting for black zetsu to bring it back and seemed to want to get it himself. Unless he is so hax that he can just go to the Kamui dimension himself, the only way to go there is through Kakashi's eye. Is he going to take Kakashi's eye or Force Kakashi to use Kamui on him.
