Is Madara as good at using Mokuton as Hashirama?

We know that Madara can use high level Mokuton jutsu, I was wondering is Madara as good at using Mokuton as Hashirama? How does Madara rate at using Mokuton?

Madara was good at using Mokuton because his power is naturally compatible with Ashura incarnates due to both of them possessing a portion of Hagoromo's power.
